Its ages before Scrubs comes back on the small screen for the 8^th season. Probably in December or may be in January. Of all the series running on TV about hospitals and medicos Scrub is my favorite. A light hearted take at the grim situations one is likely to come across in a hospital. I keep going over the old episodes while I wait for the next season. Seventh season was supposed to be the final season but then one more season was added. And now there are rumors that it can stretch beyond the 8^th season. Good for Scrub fans like me.

Its creator Bill Laurence has hinted towards many more seasons of Scrubs that has now moved to ABC this season. But I bet it’s not going to be easy. Many veterans have announced their departure from the show. Earlier Zach Braff who plays the lead as John Dorian had told that he would be leaving Scrubs. Now the pretty nurse Carla Espinosa (Judy Reyes) has decided to leave the show to pursue a career in films.

If Carla leaves there will be a problem as to whether Donald Faison who plays Chris Turk, Carla’s husband, would remain on the show. Their divorce is a very remote possibility. I hate myself for suggesting that only way Chris Turk can remain without Carla is if she is dies. Do you have a better idea?

Since Zach Braff would be leaving after 8^th season, creators would have to find a new protagonist. Well if I were Bill Laurence, I would introduce a lot of characters in this season itself. There should be enough reasons for the audiences and other characters to come back for another season once our beloved characters have left. Who do you think would do best as the main character out of the present characters?

I found this episode a little bit confusing. I think it was. Wasn’t it? Kelso is still in charge of hospital, JD and Elliot are discussing on their kiss from season 6 finale and Keith is still around.

Some good scenes were there, like the scenes of Cox telling Jack the story and those real life scenes from real life hospital were also good enough. Actually, they were doing two things at a time, transferring the characters from Sacred Heart to medieval village of Sacred Heartia while keeping the Rob Reiner classic parody at the same time.

Oh!! JD’s fantasy, a colorful and enjoying thing. Well, who save the day??? No, it was not Cox, it was the village idiot JD and Princess Elliot finding the diagnosis (or killing the monster). JDvillage idiot was funny when Cox is telling the whole story. Cox’s way of turning their hunt for disease into a battle against an evil monster was just unique. It was fun to have these kinds of episodes, but series can’t run only with these episodes.

Don’t you think we needed more Giant, I mean Janitor and Toadie, yeah Ted. Okay, two-headed with Tarla (Turk/Carla). I needed to see more about Lord Oslek and Dr. Cox as brave Knight. And how great was Kelso as the dark lord. Combination of his facial expressions and horns was so terrible.So, season seven ended here.
