The Scrubs star is enjoying a fruitful time along with his family. Every Christmas he spares some extra time to rejoin his family members in celebrations; this has become some sort of tradition on his part. Good to see a great actor devoting time to his off-screen life.

These days, Dave is polishing his dance skills by getting some swing dance lessons. He is not the lone trainee; the entire family is using the special moments to add further sheen to their twists and turns.

The initiative to get involved in swing dancing was taken by his author mother Besty and soon a whole gathering of trainees was ready to rock and roll. Dave would gain a lot from this experience. He is indeed a quick learner which is quiet evident from his consistently improving performance in Scrubs TV show.

The actor shared his experience with the fans by expressing, “I went up north (for Thanksgiving) - I’m from Palo Alto originally. At Thanksgiving and Christmas time, it’s the only time we’re all guaranteed to be home. We have a very strange kind of artsy family so this time of year, we have new traditions all the time. My mum decided this year we should all go swing dancing - just the family. Of course I was the only one without a date, and so I had to dance with the teacher, who was a dude. I got a few moves but I’m a goofy dancer!”

Great Dave! Your answer reflects your attachment towards family traditions and I am pretty sure that being a closely knit unit, your family rocks. I can feel the expression in your words and their total effect sums up to something like this, “One for all and all for one.”

Dave’s attachments started with Scrubs season 9 by portraying the character named Cole Aaronson. Cole belongs to an affluent family and has been completing his medical studies at the Winston University. Donald Faison, renowned for portraying Christopher Turk in the Scrubs episodes feels that a void has been created due to untimely demise of gifted actress Brittany Murphy.  He expressed that Brittany was a great person to befriend and her sweetness was beyond comparison. However, investigation is going on with utmost speed and facts would get unraveled at the earliest.

No wonder that Scrubs TV show actor Donald Faison is feeling distraught. You remember people even in case you have spent a few hours with them. But in his case he had the privilege to co-star alongside extremely gorgeous Brittany Murphy in Clueless (1995). A double delight is waiting to greet Sarah Chalke, renowned for portraying Elliot in Scrubs TV show. Not only she will be having a baby in real life, the same experience is going to welcome her during upcoming episodes of Scrubs season nine. Current season took off on December 1, 2001 and gave us a glimpse of expecting Sarah Chalke playing the mother of J.D’s child.

The gender of Sarah’s real life baby has been disclosed to be a boy but what can we expect from Elliot, the character she plays in Scrubs?

Sarah Chalke was brave enough to spill out the entire beans during her recent conversations. She expressed that it will be exciting to observe the sort of shape events adopt during the enduring Scrubs Season.  Furthermore, the actress reveals that J.D and Elliot will possibly have a girl.

Done with all her puking, Judy Reyes of Scrubs TV Show fame is now set to enjoy her pregnancy in its final trimester. It’s going to be the first baby for her as well as her boyfriend, George Valencia. And they are thrilled to know that it’s a baby girl. Other than morning sickness in the first trimester, her pregnancy has been free from all complications.

Earlier married to writer/ director Edwin M. Figueroa, Judy’s pregnancy came to light in June. Since she comes from all girls’ family everyone in her family had been praying for a baby boy. But the actress revealed that she always felt that it’s going to be a girl. She seems to be developing the instinct that all mothers have.

Judy’s baby is due in November and the couple is planning to get the nursery ready by the next month. I just hope that the nursery will not be the usual pink, rather it would be innovative and reflect the exceptional personality the mom possess and hopefully the baby would inherit.

Right now not only there has been a big change in Judy’s shape, but also a great change in the direction Scrubs is going. I sincerely hope that nothing changes on the show so drastically so as to break the heart of the audiences who have loved it throughout its eight season long run.

The least-anticipated twists found way into Scrubs!

Yeah, the show creators have planned to give a new form to Scrubs TV show. Consequently, the series is about to undergo an extreme change in the upcoming seasons.  We all know that Scrubs would return with the ninth season in the upcoming winter. As series would come back, we fans will see it in a brand new form. Actually, the plotline will move from the corridors of Sacred Heart Hospital to the class-rooms of the medical school. Who will be teaching the new interns? Well, the up-to-minute reports are confirming that Dr. Cox and Dr. Turk would serve as the med-school professors.

While talking about same, series creator Bill Lawrence added, “It’s going to be a different show.  It’ll still be life-and-death stakes, but if the show is just Scrubs again in the hospital with a different person’s voiceover, it would be a disaster, and people would be mad”. Well, all this makes me excited to catch the next episodes of series. A new setting…. Cox and Turk as the teachers….things are gonna be quite new and surprising as well.    Ah… we would have to wait a long

It’s also being reported that fans of Scrubs are worrying about losing the old charm of Scrubs. Hey buddies, you don’t need to grieve for it. Changes are for betterment only so I am sure that new form of Scrubs would definitely make you fall in love with it once again.

Though several new faces would appear on the ninth season of Scrubs, the importance of former regular star cast can never go out of one’s sight. And, the creators know it very well. That’s why they approached Braff, Sarah Chalke (Elliot), Judy Reyes (Carla) and Ken Jenkins (Dr. Kelso) to sign them for making guest appearances on the series. This is the only way to keep the old Scrubs fans happy. It makes me to regret over my previous post in which I wrote that the regular characters would be seen once again. They would, but as the guest stars…not regular ones!

Would the project be successful? Nothing can be said until the series hits the silver screen. Yeah, but we must appreciate Lawrence’s skills to bring Scrubs back.

After the season 8 finale, My Finale, aired on May 6, 2009, an uncertainty was experienced by the fans regarding the future of the show. As of now, fans of Scrubs are happy to know that their favorite show would be back on TV screens soon.

Adding more spice to it is the return of Zach Braff and Sarah Chalke, portraying the characters of Dr. John ‘J.D.’ Dorian and Dr. Elliot Reid, respectively on Scrubs. It has been reported that the duo has signed a deal to make appearance on the six episodes of ninth season of Scrubs. Not only these two, but other members of star cast such as Donald Faison, John C. McGinley and Neil Flynn (as Dr. Chris Turk, Dr. Perry Cox and The Janitor respectively) would also reprise their respective roles. A possibility is here that Judy Reyes, portraying Nurse Carla Espinosa, would not be among the regular star cast of the series and appear as the guest character in the upcoming episodes of ‘Scrubs’.    

Well, its’ definitely time to get excited as another entertaining season of our favorite Scrubs is knocking on our doors. One thing which needs to be pondered over is how different Scrubs would be this season. The above mentioned characters would return, without any doubts, but the fans will miss those cast members who have left the show due to reasons of their own. In order to fulfill the plot requirements, the series would need some fresh faces, most probably. Let’s see who joins Scrubs for its ninth season and how the departure of some well-liked characters affects the show.

Well, whenever it comes to write about my favorite TV show, I really find it hard to decide where I should start from. I mean, when I start writing, lots of ideas come to mind and heart wishes to put the whole stuff in a single blog. That’s situation right now… but I’ll overcome it and I think I had, so would write about Scrubs season 8.

Several months ago, rumors predicted that ‘Scrubs’ season 8 will be premiered on ABC, moving from NBC. It was somehow shocking news for those who’re sure that Scrubs is dead after the seventh season and was a surprising one for those who wanted more of Scrubs. Well, I am one of them who wanted more so I am happy with their decision and eagerly waiting for next season. How many episodes will be aired during eighth season? As per my investigation, 18 episodes have been finalized … yeah, no. will surely increase. And, the ratings of initial episodes will determine the future of the eighth season of Scrubs.

I am really fond of ‘Scrubs’ kind of dramas which deal with the everyday lives of doctors and interns struggling to save the precious lives of their patients. Moreover, on-off romantic relationships give them a light touch also. We really come to know how tough the life of a doctor can be. Nowadays, I am missing Scrubs too much as it’s on hiatus. Yesterday, I downloaded season 7 finale ‘My princess’ and watched it twice as it’s one of my favorite episodes of season 7.

Hey buddies… most probably, upcoming January will bring the new episodes. Just waiting and watching the episodes of previous seasons of ‘Scrubs’.

Now who hasn’t heard about Courtney Cox? Yes, our own Monica from the hit series ‘Friends’. Now that the series have ended, I am sure all her fans must be missing her like anything. But, don’t worry. Soon you will get the chance to see her on screen. This time you will see her on Scrubs instead of friends.

Courtney will be appearing in the next season, season 8, of this hit medical comedy drama series. She has signed the series for three episodes. According to ‘Entertainment Weekly’, Cox will become Sacred Heart’s new Chief of Medicine and her character will “ruffle feathers”.

It was reported that Cox agreed to do this series, only after it was announced that her own series ‘Dirt’ has been called cancelled by network bosses at FX. She then agreed to do this small role in this hit series.

So, all you Cox fans brace yourselves to watch your all time favorite TV star in an altogether different and fresh role. I know that it is getting difficult to wait, but the season has started and you expect her entry anytime now.

‘Scrubs’ is coming back for season 8 this fall but there is exodus of stars from the show which has put the future of the show in doldrums. Creator Bill Lawrence recently commented that he would like the show to go on forever or at least, until its ninth season. But, with its two central characters Jack Braff and Judy Reyes gone, there is remote possibility of the show surviving beyond this season. As an ardent fan, I sincerely hope that ‘Scrubs’ get even stronger with 8^th season after shifting to ABC.

In an interview Lawrence said that there were at least 50\50 chances of the show going on beyond this season. Lawrence also said that “I see it as ending for Zach, and I see it as ending for me” and that the particular season 8 episode they are producing is “definitely written as a series finale.” It’s really sad if it happens this way because, of all the medical dramas going on TV, Scrubs is the best. This comedy series deals with the grave issues in a very light hearted manner.

Judy, who plays Carla Espinosa on ‘Scrubs’, was on TV recently. Last month, she was on the Lifetime telepic, Little Girl Lost: The Delimar Vera Story, in which she appeared alongside ‘Ugly Betty’s’ Ana Ortiz. The film is directed by Paul A. Kaufman and written by Christopher Canaan and Maria Nation. The film is about a little girl who grows up realizing that the mother who took care of her isn’t her biological parent, and tries to discover her identity.

Judy played Luz Cuevas in the film, mother of two beautiful children and wife to a loving husband, played by Hector Luis Bustamante. Luz’s life is turned upside down when her infant daughter is presumed to be victim of a fire that broke out in their home. Luz keeps up the hope that her daughter is still alive, as her remains were not found after the fire. She also suspects that her cousin, Valerie (Ana Ortiz) took the baby and started the fire to cover up her tracks.

Its ages before Scrubs comes back on the small screen for the 8^th season. Probably in December or may be in January. Of all the series running on TV about hospitals and medicos Scrub is my favorite. A light hearted take at the grim situations one is likely to come across in a hospital. I keep going over the old episodes while I wait for the next season. Seventh season was supposed to be the final season but then one more season was added. And now there are rumors that it can stretch beyond the 8^th season. Good for Scrub fans like me.

Its creator Bill Laurence has hinted towards many more seasons of Scrubs that has now moved to ABC this season. But I bet it’s not going to be easy. Many veterans have announced their departure from the show. Earlier Zach Braff who plays the lead as John Dorian had told that he would be leaving Scrubs. Now the pretty nurse Carla Espinosa (Judy Reyes) has decided to leave the show to pursue a career in films.

If Carla leaves there will be a problem as to whether Donald Faison who plays Chris Turk, Carla’s husband, would remain on the show. Their divorce is a very remote possibility. I hate myself for suggesting that only way Chris Turk can remain without Carla is if she is dies. Do you have a better idea?

Since Zach Braff would be leaving after 8^th season, creators would have to find a new protagonist. Well if I were Bill Laurence, I would introduce a lot of characters in this season itself. There should be enough reasons for the audiences and other characters to come back for another season once our beloved characters have left. Who do you think would do best as the main character out of the present characters?

Today I was reading buddy news about television shows and one thing caught my eye. There was a statement by the Scrubs creator, Bill Lawrence. He told the reporters that if the season eight succeeds then Scrub is definitely going to move towards more seasons. Moreover he said that the show is going to change its home. It will now air on ABC after having seven seasons on NBC. I am very happy with the news. Such an excellent show like Scrubs should never come to an end. Because many senseless dramas and animated series have remained on TV for several seasons.

I am happy that this funny hospital will remain on my screen for longer. I am already missing the show when it is preparing for its eighth season and I am passing time by watching its previous episodes, every weekend. I have never ever seen such a funny show before. There are several other comedies but this has its own distinct flavor and can’t be compared with any other show. I love Turk, always doing stupid things in the Hospital and stressed about every little thing in his life. As a close pal of JD he creates a lot of mirth.

I like JD’s and Kim’s relationship especially in the episode ‘My hard labor’. This was their funniest episode that I’ve ever seen. In fact the whole staff of Sacred Heart is just crazy, and God saves patients who have once entered this insane area. Here doctors remain busy in playing video games and themselves are diabetics. Have you seen such a wonderful hospital in the real world? No it can be found only on Scrubs.

You know, in the eighth season doctors are going to Bahamas for the Janitor’s wedding. This season is going to be happening and I think Bill is right about the probable success of eighth season. You won’t find anybody who doesn’t like this show and this is definitely going to rock the silver screen for longer.

I found this episode a little bit confusing. I think it was. Wasn’t it? Kelso is still in charge of hospital. JD and Elliot are discussing about their kiss from season 6 finale and Keith is still around.

Some good scenes were there, like the scenes of Cox telling Jack the story and those real life scenes from real life hospital were also good. Actually, they were doing two things at a time, transferring the characters from Sacred Heart to medieval village of Sacred Heartia while playing the Rob Reiner classic parody at the same time.

Oh! JD’s fantasy was a colorful and enjoyable thing. Well, who save the day? No, it was not Cox. It was the village idiot JD and Princess Elliot who diagnosed the disease (or killed the monster). JD, the village idiot is funny when Cox is telling the whole story. Cox’s way of turning their hunt for disease into a battle against an evil monster was just unique. It was fun to have these kinds of episodes, but series can’t run only with these episodes

Don’t you think we needed more Giant, I mean Janitor and Toadie, yeah Ted. Okay, two-headed with Tarla (Turk/Carla). I needed to see more about Lord Oslek and Dr. Cox as brave Knight. And how great was Kelso as the Dark Lord. Combination of his facial expressions and horns was so terrible. Finally, season seven ends here.
