Ken Jenkins was born on 28 August 1940 in Dayton, Ohio. He got married to Joan Patchen but the marriage did not succeeded and he re-married Katharine Houghton. They are the parents of three sons. Before acting in ‘Scrubs‘, he has appeared in ‘Adult Math‘, ‘Home front’, ‘X-Files’, ‘Babylon 5′ and ‘Evolution’. He is the co-founder of the Actors Theatre of Louisville and served for it as the Associate Artistic Director for the period of three years.
He has also acted in the films like ‘Gone in 60 Seconds, ‘I Am Sam’, ‘The Sum of All Fears’, ‘Matewan’, Executive Decision’, ‘The Abyss’, ‘Air America’ and ‘The Last Man Standing’. Some of his other roles were for ‘Transformers‘, ‘The Stand’ and ‘Clockstoppers‘.
